Kahani Korner was born at 3 a.m. — somewhere between rocking a baby and wondering why all Urdu bilingual books cost an arm and a leg and looked so boring. We wanted stories that sounded like home and looked like our kids. So we created cozy, activity-rich books that invite Urdu into everyday family life, one little kahani at a time.

Our books are designed for children ages 0–8, The Kahani Times is for preteens and up, but language learners of all ages enjoy them! Everything is meant to grow as you go!
Not at all! Every book includes English, Urdu script, and Roman Urdu (Urdu written in English letters) so anyone can read along, regardless of fluency. The QR codes included also have audio read alouds so you can listen or read along.
